What a fractional CRO engagement looks like
I run one kind of engagement, in three steps. Prices are on this page because a buyer at your stage shouldn't have to book a call to find out whether we're in the same ballpark.
01
What you get
- review of your last 30 deals and your CRM
- a customer-journey map from first touch to renewal
- one prioritized constraint with a baseline number behind it
- the first play, specified
- a written plan with owners and dates that stands on its own if we stop here
Time: two to three weeks. Two working sessions with you, one with your team.
Price: $5,000 fixed. Credited in full toward Operate if we continue.
Not included: implementation, tool setup, or writing your outbound.
02
What you get
- the first play built and run with your team
- ownership of pipeline hygiene, qualification, and follow-up process
- a weekly Friday inspection with you (45 minutes) where every deal moves, gets a date, or dies
- a one-page weekly report card
- input on your first or next sales hire
- hours logged and visible to you
Time: 90 days, then month to month. 30-day exit for either side after the first 90.
Price: from $6,000 a month depending on pipeline size and team. I'll quote it at the end of Diagnose, not before.
Not included: running cold outbound, buying lists, LinkedIn automation, or being your closer forever. If I'm still closing your deals at day 90, the engagement failed.
03
For a first-time head of sales or GTM who needs a weekly operator in their corner.
Weekly 60-minute 1:1, async access, a 90-day plan. Limited to two seats.
From $2,500 a month.
How we start
Book a 20-minute fit call. I'll ask three questions: where are deals dying, who owns follow-up today, and what happens if nothing changes for six months. If it's a fit, I'll send a one-page Diagnose agreement the same day.
Book a 20-minute fit callTwo things I'd rather say now than later
I'm one person. I carry four or five clients at once and no more, so I'll tell you honestly if I'm full.
I don't sell revenue guarantees. I sell a process and the numbers to prove whether it's working. If someone promises you a pipeline number before they've seen your CRM, ask them how.
