Privacy notice

What we collect and why

• When you contact us. If you email us or use a form on this site, we receive your name, email address, company if you give it, and your message. We use it to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. Form entries are stored in our hosted database.
• Constraint Check. Your answers, and your email if you choose to give it, so we can show your result and, if you ask, follow up. Stored in our workspace tools.
• Booking a call. Booking runs on Calendly, which collects what its form asks for under its own privacy policy. We receive your booking details.
• Site analytics. We measure page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites.
• Hosting. Our hosting and security providers process standard request logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and protect the site.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information. We do not use advertising cookies or retargeting pixels on this site. Our AI tools never contact you on our behalf; a person reviews every message we send.

How long we keep it

Contact and Constraint Check records for as long as needed to respond and to maintain the relationship, and no longer than three years after our last contact unless you are a client. Analytics are aggregate.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days. If you are in a jurisdiction that gives you additional rights, we honor them.

Service providers

We use providers for hosting, databases, scheduling, email, workspace tools and analytics. They process information only to provide their service to us.

We will update the date above when this notice changes.
